A lifetime Colorado Springs resident with family roots in Pueblo real estate going back three generations. Wes grew up around houses: buying them, fixing them, renting them, selling them.

After Coronado High School he earned a BA in Finance and an MS in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder. Then he went back to the job site.

Morwes Renovations takes on the houses other buyers walk away from: houses needing partial foundation repair, hoarder houses, tired floor plans, homes that need a sewer line or a zoning fix before they can be lived in. Wes works through the structural and permitting side himself, with zoning and PPRBD when it calls for it, and holds the finish work to the same standard. 27 projects since 2024.

He's also a licensed realtor with The Cutting Edge, Realtors, so he sees every house from both sides: what it costs to fix and what it's worth when it's done.

Wes lives in Colorado Springs with his wife, their dog and their cat. Off the clock: golf, skiing, pickleball, and Denver sports.
